    1. Acceptance

    By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    3. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:
    • Use the Site in violation of applicable law Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract content beyond ordinary browsing, except where such restriction is prohibited by law Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or interfere with security or operations Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or contains malware Use automated tools to submit forms or generate audit requests at a rate inconsistent with ordinary use Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

    4. Intellectual property

    All content on the Site — text, design, logos, code samples, white papers, and the structure of the Site itself — is owned by Anthara or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for internal evaluation. You may not redistribute, republish, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
    • “Anthara,” the Anthara logo, and “the conduct layer for enterprise AI” are trademarks of Anthara, Inc. Other trademarks — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cline — are the property of their respective owners. References to these tools are for descriptive purposes and do not imply endorsement.

    5. Free repo audit

    The free repo audit is offered to qualified prospects under the conditions described on the Site at the time of submission.
    • Anthara reserves the right to decline or modify audit requests at its sole discretion Audit deliverables are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not constitute a binding commitment to provide services Customer engagements remain subject to a separately signed Master Subscription Agreement

    6. Submissions and feedback

    If you submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas about Anthara through the Site, you grant Anthara a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use that feedback in connection with the Site and the Anthara platform, without obligation of attribution or compensation.
    • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any information you provide The information must not contain confidential or regulated data unless covered by an executed agreement

    7. Third-party links

    The Site may link to third-party sites.
    • We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content Following a third-party link is at your own risk

    8. Disclaimers

    THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTHARA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF CONTENT. ANTHARA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
    NOTHING ON THE SITE CONSTITUTES LEGAL, COMPLIANCE, OR REGULATORY ADVICE. CONTENT REGARDING HIPAA, 42 CFR PART 2, FDA SAMD, STATE PRIVACY LAWS, OR OTHER REGULATORY FRAMEWORKS IS DESCRIPTIVE AND DOES NOT REPLACE COUNSEL.

    9. Limitation of liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTHARA, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS PERSONNEL ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
    • ANTHARA’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).
    The platform agreement carries its own liability terms, which apply to customer use of the Anthara platform.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anthara, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

    11. Governing law and venue

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

    12. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.
    • Provisions intended to survive termination will survive This includes Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11

    13. Changes

    We may update these Terms at any time. The current version, with the effective date, is always available at this URL. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
